Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or altered fragrance products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Samples or discovery sets, unless damaged or incorrect
- Products returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your customer service email]. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@veybecci.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds

Exchanges
