Returns & Refunds Policy
At Veybecci, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Because fragrance products are personal-use items, our return and refund process is designed to protect product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.
Return Eligibility
Due to the personal-use nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns on items that have been opened, sprayed, used, damaged by the customer, or are no longer in their original condition.
Returns may be accepted only if the item is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrect or different from what you ordered
Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Window
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
The email used at checkout
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the outer packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request, our support team will review the case and help you with the next steps.
Do Not Send Returns Without Approval
Please do not send any items back to our warehouse or fulfillment center without contacting us first.
All returns must be approved by our customer support team before being shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide return instructions or another solution depending on the case.
If a return is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used perfumes
Items without original packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Items returned without approval
Gift cards or promotional items
Final sale items, if marked as final sale
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Veybecci is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help update the address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with your household members, neighbors, building office, mailroom, or local carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue.
Exchanges
At this time, we may not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue based on your case.
