Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
At this time, we may not support international shipping. If more shipping regions become available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
U.S. Fulfillment Network
To help improve delivery speed and order efficiency, Veybecci orders may be fulfilled from one of our U.S. fulfillment locations, including warehouses in:

New Jersey
Your order may be shipped from the fulfillment location best suited for your delivery address and current inventory availability.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not typically processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, warehouse location, and seasonal shipping conditions.
Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Veybecci is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that the package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your household members, neighbors, building office, mailroom, or local carrier first.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Clear photos of the outer packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will review the case and help you with the next steps.
Returns
Please do not send returns directly to any warehouse address without contacting us first.
Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
